Saquella has studied modular formats that can be adapted to different locations, according to the following parameters: customer target, premises configuration and the product offer.

The coffee corner has been conceived as small/medium space. That is why the offer centres on: coffee-shop, confectionery and snacks. The coffee corner is destined to a dynamic and engaged target. It’s possible to widen the offer in the food and aperitif sectors when there is sufficient space to allow it.



The coffee island has been planned for stand-alone locations, destined to a dynamic and professional target. The ideal place is a square, a shopping-mall or airport terminals and railway stations. The main role is played by coffee products, snacks and any other bar or take-away products.




The coffee shop is the most complete format as far as the offer and the concept expression is concerned. Usually, it is appropriate for small/medium locations, since it offers a complete service, including coffee, confectionery, ice-cream, snacks, food and aperitif. Its public is represented by anyone wishing to taste Italian culture from the espresso to the food, in cosy and modern premises.
